About Me

Meet Deb:

You want me to define myself? I love Jesus. I’m thankful for grace. And I’m captivated by the study of Scripture. I write for these three reasons.

I resemble the Samaritan women whom He met at the well. Lost, filled with questions, often rambling. Jesus revealed Himself to me as the One who knew everything about me, even the things I didn’t want others to know and He still wanted a relationship. It’s been impossible to keep my mouth shut about Him ever since.

I’m also a wife of 45 years, a mom, and a grandmother. I am a mentor and a mentee. I am a forever student. And I love words! I love reading them. I love writing them. Sometimes I am afraid of them and the power they hold. But mostly I am thankful for the story they can tell of hope.
